After a year of holding this circle privately, I am now opening it to a wider community: A live EFT tapping circle to regulate your nervous system, release emotional weight, and reconnect to yourself - held twice weekly in a supportive space. One person unmutes and shares briefly what is going on for them and I tune in intuitively and guide that person in a tapping sequence specifically for their issue while everyone else taps along and speaks out loud in their own space. The way it affects all of those present is profound. We always move into more peace, more clarity and more laughter (though tears are not uncommon). Your shift becomes medicine for the whole circle and of course ripples out into the world in beautiful ways. You can join once or as often as you feel.

Structure:
- Live sessions available twice weekly (via zoom): Sundays @ 3:30 PM EST & Mondays @ 12 PM EST
- Each session - 60 minutes
- Confidential, honoring space (no recordings)
- $22 / session OR $77/ month : access to all 8 monthly sessions LIVE as they’re happening
