WHAT IS IT GOOD FOR?
EFT or Tapping is a radical departure from conventional methods for helping people needlessly carrying around traumatic memories, physical pain, phobias, worry, guilt, PTSD, depression, limiting beliefs and emotions in sports, business or the arts, and unconscious beliefs that become obstacles as you set out to create your best life.
Tapping is a simple, painless tool for self-help. It can be learned by anyone and you can apply it to yourself, whenever you want, wherever you are. It can be used with specific emotional intent towards your own unique life challenges and experiences. Most importantly, it gives you the power to heal yourself, putting conrol over your desinty back into your own hands.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
The basic technique requires you to tune into the negative emotion at hand: a fear or anxiety or memory that keeps on clinging to you or an unresolved problem or physical pain or belief that is bothering you. While tuning into the issue, you tap with your fingertips on each of the body's meridian points, like in acupuncture. You will repeat standard phrases, copying me as we go along. A cycle lasts about 2 minutes and often issues melt away in that time, completely and forever.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Minutes. The objective is relief and this is measured on a scale of 1 to 10. We do two minute "rounds" until your feeling of pain or limiting belief or memory is down to zero or has no charge anymore. If an issue has layers, we do a 'round' on each layer as it appears until it no longer holds any power over you. Please know, this is not a temporary fix, it is a permanent clearing of the disruption in your energy system that caused the distress in the first place.
Sounds too good to be true, right? Why? Most of the time it takes less than a minute for a trauma or overpowering emotion to be created and get stuck in your energy system. Why hesitate to believe that the relief can be just as quick?
