Tara's ability to hold sacred space and to allow a natural unfolding of healing to occur during an EFT session is astounding to me.
I have been a spiritual seeker, teacher and student for almost twenty years and know that not every healing modality works for me, but some have helped me a great deal. EFT has been one of the simplest and most remarkable techniques that I have encountered. The effortless way Tara communicates during the process, I believe, is the true essence of the healing work. I'm grateful to her for assisting me in resolving haunting issues of my past in only three sessions. Intuitive Healing Sessions
How amazing. First I saw a very bright light flying around me then it entered me. My lungs felt warm and soothed and the pain completely disappeared in my chest. Then I felt my head elevating and the same warm glow filled my sinuses and took the pain away and then, amazingly, my nose that has been completely stopped up for days spontaneously started to run! Oh Tara what a gift you have been given. And Allah could not have blessed a nicer person ;). Thank you!

SYSTEMIC FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS WORKSHOPS
Over the years I have done a lot of personal and spiritual transformation work. It is with a happy heart I write this testimonial. Yesterday, I did my first (and certainly not last) workshop with Tara.
Family Constellations work with Tara is deeply effective and quick. Although it has now only been one day, I can see a big difference in how I am relating with my sister, daughter and housemates.
Tara was sensitive to the needs of the participants, aware of how we were moving along .... or, stuck .... and very focused on what was best to get us through a lot of old emotional pains and family programming.

The day after the workshop I felt rather weepy, which I thought was a good sign, a release. As the week progressed, I noticed I felt lighter in my heart and perhaps more accepting of 'what is' ...rather than placing automatic judgment on someone or something. I also sensed more love towards myself, moving forward with anticipation versus fear. I know when I share this work with friends that my eyes just light up and I shine! Overall, your workshop has opened places in my heart and mind to work on...and again, not judge my family or myself, etc. I have increased understanding and hope to 'share' this with my sister, for one!
